Respondent filed a Request for Order (RFO) along with a request for an Order Shortening Time (OST) on June 2, 2026. Respondent concurrently filed an Income and Expense Declaration. The court denied the OST and the RFO was set to be heard on August 27, 2026. On June 24, 2026, the court advanced the RFO to be heard on July 23, 2026 at 1:30 PM. The unfiled documents were served on June 2, 2026. The court is unable to locate a Proof of Service showing Petitioner was properly served.
