Production in Accordance With Statement of Compliance The court considered the moving, opposition, and reply papers filed in connection with this motion. DISCUSSION Defendant the City of Los Angeles ("Defendant") moves the court for an order compelling plaintiff LA Forward Institute ("Plaintiff") to produce documents in accordance with a statement of compliance to Defendant's Requests for Production, Set One. The court denies the motion because the basis for the motion is Defendant's contention that Plaintiff produced redacted documents subject to a claim of attorney-client privilege that Defendant contends is without merit.

This is not the proper subject of a motion to compel compliance under Code of Civil Procedure section 2031.320. ORDER The court DENIES defendant the City of Los Angeles's motion to compel compliance.
