Petitioner 18 contends the parties separated on 4/27/2026, for a marriage of 1 year and 4 months. 19 2) On for hearing is Petitioner’s Request for Order filed 5/19/2026 seeking temporary spousal 20 support in the amount of $2,000 per month. 21 3) On 7/20/2026, Petitioner filed a declaration stating, “This is to withdraw form FL-300 file[d] on 22 05/29/2026 and cancel the hearing scheduled for 7/23/2026.” 23 4) There is no Proof of Service on file demonstrating service of Petitioner’s Request for Order filed 24 5/19/2026 or her declaration filed 7/20/2026. 25 5) Respondent did not file a Responsive Declaration. 26 B.
