Petition to Appoint Guardian
Victoria Hemenes (“petitioner”), the adult sibling of three minors — Anthony H. (age
12), Charlie H. (age 10), and Levi H. (age 9) — petitions the court to appoint her as
guardian of the person. On May 22, 2026, the court appointed petitioner temporary
guardian of the person.
On May 7, 2026, petitioner submitted a consent to appointment of guardian and
waiver of notice that is signed by both of the minors’ parents and Anthony H., the only minor in this case over the age of 12.
To date, the court investigator’s report is not in the court’s file. (Prob. Code, § 1513,
subd. (a).)
