This matter is before the Court on a spousal property petition. See Probate Code §§ 13650 et seq. Since the matter was last heard on May 11, 2026, Petitioner has provided a declaration and exhibits in response to the Court’s tentative. Prob. Code § 13651(a)(3). Petitioner has corrected the defects noted in the Court’s previous tentative. No other defects are noted and the petition is granted as prayed. No appearances are required.
