Request for Judicial Notice

Plaintiff’s request for judicial notice, filed on April 14, 2026, is granted pursuant to Evidence Code section 452.

Plaintiff’s request for judicial notice, filed on July 17, 2026, is granted pursuant to Evidence Code section 452.

Ruling on Motion

The motion is granted. The court finds the convenience of the witnesses and ends of justice support a change of venue of the matter to Sacramento County.

Nolan Geoffroy v. Marco Santos, Placer Court Case No. SCV-55288, is transferred to the Sacramento Superior Court subject to plaintiff remitting all related transfer fees. (Code of Civil Procedure section 399.)

All future hearing dates are vacated.
