Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Deposition of Defendant American Honda Motor Co., Inc.’s Person Most Qualified (PMQ), Production of Documents, and Sanctions

Defendant shall produce its PMQ on a date, time, and at a location as noticed by plaintiff. The deposition shall occur no later than August 31, 2026. Defendant’s PMQ shall produce all responses and responsive documents, without further objections, to Matters nos. 1 through 11 and Requests nos. 1 through 17.

Sanctions in the amount of $2,370.00 are imposed upon defendant American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
