NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION v. PHILIP GRAY
Plaintiff’s Motion to Deem Requests for Admissions Admitted:
On April 6, 2026, the Court granted Plaintiff’s Motion to deem Requests for Admission (Set 1, ## 1- 7) admitted against Defendant Gray but denied sanctions due to defects in the motion. On June 11, 2026, Plaintiff filed the same motion again and requested the same relief and attorney’s fees. The Court denies the motion again, with prejudice. The motion is again defective in that there is no proof of service on the Defendant and the relief requested on the merits has already been granted by the Court’s prior Order.
Trial Setting Conference:
On the Trial Setting Conference, the Court sets a court trial for February 26, 2027, at 8:30 a.m. in Department S22.Plaintiff is directed to give notice to Defendant of the court’s ruling and trial date.
