ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case, including timely filed Case Management Statements, without a conference.

The Court has reviewed Counsel Dahger's declaration in response to the order to show cause and will DISCHARGE the order to show cause. However, counsel has not paid the prior sanctions of $750 and must do so.

The Court will set a new CMC. If service has not been accomplished by the next CMC further sanctions up to and including dismissal will be considered.

FURTHER CONFERENCE A Case Management Conference is scheduled for 11/03/2026 at 02:30 PM in Department 15.

Updated Case Management Statements in compliance with Rule of Court 3.725, on Judicial Council Form CM-110, must be filed no later than 10/19/2026. If the foregoing date is a court holiday or a weekend, the time is extended to the next business day.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
