Procedural History 17 1) Respondent Andre Bravo (Father) and Other Parent Daisy Rodriguez Isarraras (Mother) have one 18 minor child, Ixchel (DOB: 2/17/2014, Age: 12). 19 2) Per the Judgment filed 7/18/2018 in related Case No.

FPT-17-377260, the parties share joint legal 20 and joint physical custody of Ixchel. 21 3) On for hearing is Mother’s Request for Order filed 6/29/2026 seeking authority to apply for a 22 passport for Ixchel without Father’s participation. In email communications between the parties 23 attached as exhibits to Mother’s Request for Order, Mother states Ixchel’s passport was due to 24 expire in July 2026. Mother states that requests for Father to sign necessary paperwork to renew 25 Ixchel’s passport have gone unanswered.

Mother does not mention any upcoming international 26 travel for Ixchel. 27 4) There is no Proof of Service on file demonstrating service of Mother’s 6/29/2026 Request for 28 Order on Father. 29 5) Father did not file a Responsive Declaration.

1 B. Findings and Order 2 1) This matter was erroneously not first set on a Monday readiness calendar. To correct that error, 3 and to provide Mother with time to serve Father and file a Proof of Service, the hearing on 4 Mother’s 6/29/2026 Request for Order is hereby continued to Monday, 8/31/2026 at 9:00 AM in 5 Dept. 404. 6 2) On or before 8/25/2026, Mother shall have the following pleadings served on Father by mail by a 7 third party, age 18 or older, and Mother shall file a Proof of Service demonstrating compliance 8 with this order before the 8/31/2026 readiness hearing: 9 a. Request for Order filed 6/29/2026 10 b. Blank Responsive Declaration (FL-320) 11 c.
