DEFENDANT Motion To Vacate And Set Aside Entry Of Default Against Anything But Cake, Llc As Void is DENIED. Defendant Silverman offers no authority for his standing, as an individual defendant who has appeared in this action, to move to vacate the default of another defendant who has not appeared.
Defendant is admonished to provide proper courtesy copies in the future, with each separate filing bound (i.e. stapled) so that it may be easily identified and read. For the present date, the Court received a large stack of unbound papers from Defendant which appeared to contain dozens of filings in multiple different cases. These papers are unusable.=(501/SKF)
