Defendants' unopposed Motion To Deem Admitted Requests For Admissions, Set One Propounded On Plaintiff is GRANTED. The record demonstrates Moving Defendants properly served Requests for Admission, Set One and Plaintiff Kennth Little did not provide any responses to Moving Defendants' requests. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280.) Plaintiff's failure to timely respond is not excused. No meet and confer requirement when no responses have been provided. Moving Defendants' RFAs, Set One, to Plaintiff Kennth Little are deemed admitted. Moving Defendants are ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats the above text verbatim and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.
