On behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, plaintiffs Jacqueline Jackson, Michael D’Andre Davis, and Teppera Lowery (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this action against defendant LinkedIn Corporation (“Defendant” or “LinkedIn”).

Before the Court is Defendant’s opposed demurrer. For the reasons discussed below, the Court OVERRULES the demurrer.
