Status of Administration
On May 23, 2025, the court approved the first and final account and report, and
granted the petition for final distribution. In August 2025, the executor filed receipts of
distribution. To date, the executor has not submitted an ex parte petition for final
discharge. (Judicial Council form DE-295).
On May 05, 2026, the executor filed a request to continue the matter for one year.
The court intends to sign the proposed order continuing the matter and will therefore drop the matter from the calendar.
