Status of Administration
On June 16, 2025, the court granted the petition for final distribution. On
March 13, 2026, there was no appearance by Tyler Fair, counsel for the administrator,
even though appearances were required. The court, on its own motion, continued the
matter to April 3, 2026.
To date, there are still no receipts of distribution and no Ex Parte Petition for Final
Discharge (Judicial Council form DE-295) in the court’s file. There is also no status update
provided by counsel.
