Decedent died testate on October 18, 2025, survived by one adult child. Petitioner is decedent’s daughter. The Petition requests full authority under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. Nichole Bagnall was named as Executor in the Will. The Will was lodged with the court on June 1, 2026, and is admitted to probate. The Will waives bond.
