Ruling

July 6, 2026 Dept. 9 Probate Tentative Rulings

4. 25PR0042 ESTATE OF DENISE YVONNE BARRERA STATUS OF ADMINISTRATION

Letters of Administration were issued on May 6, 2025. On May 4, 2026, the Court asked the Inventory and Appraisal be filed by June 22, 2026, and continued the hearing to July 6, 2026.

On June 22, 2026, the Declaration of Patricia Kramer Re: Status of Probate Action was filed asserting she was unable to comply with the Court’s deadline but anticipates they will be filed before the July 6, 2026, hearing.

To date, no Inventory and Appraisal is on file with the court. Probate Code §8800 requires that the personal representative file an Inventory and Appraisal with the Court within 4 months from the issuance of letters.
