Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Susanna Barron

On February 03, 2026, Rebecca Peterson-Fisher submitted a declaration stating that

the application and payment were being contemporaneously filed with the State Bar of

California. (Peterson-Fisher Decl., ¶ 3.)

A hearing was set for March 20, 2026. On March 19, 2026, the court issued a

tentative ruling stating there was no proof of service in the court’s file showing that the

application was served upon the State Bar of California at its San Francisco office, or proof of payment of the application fee to the State Bar. (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 9.40,

subds. (c)(1), (e).) There were no appearances at the March 20 hearing, despite

appearances being required. The court continued the matter to April 3, 2026.

To date, the required documents are still not in the court’s file.
