LAW & MOTION TENTATIVE RULINGS DEPARTMENT 5 July 30, 2026 8:30 a.m./1:30 p.m.

9. KELLY OWEN V. BRIAN GOSHORN 26FL0052

On April 1, 2026, Respondent filed a Request for Order (RFO) seeking support orders and attorney’s fees. He filed his Income and Expense Declaration concurrently therewith. All required documents were served on April 2nd.

On June 23, 2026, the parties filed a Judgment with an attached stipulation settling all issues. The court has not yet reviewed or signed the Judgment.

Given that the stipulation attached to the Judgment resolves the issues pending before the court, this matter is dropped from calendar as moot.
