__X____ was/were filed by the Guardian on July 6, 2026. The Court has also read and considered the annual status report filed June 17, 2025. Having read and considered the report(s), the court finds that Gracie C. turned 18 years of age on June 13, 2026, and is no longer living with the Guardians. Due to the information contained in the report filed June 17, 2025, appearances are requested to provide information including, but not necessarily limited to, Gracie’s whereabouts, high school graduation status, medical condition and continuing treatment. The Court may refer the matter to Adult Protective Services for possible contact with Gracie.
