On its own motion, the Court continues this matter to November 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Plaintiff shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned or this matter dismissed for failing file a proof of service, an application for service by publication (as appropriate), or a request for dismissal of Defendant Lars Olaf Idso as ordered by this Court on May 4, 2026. The clerk shall serve notice of the order to show cause.

2. CL0003765 Progressive Direct Insurance Company vs. Bill Kurt Satinski, et al. No appearances are required. On its own motion, the Court continues this matter to November 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, and sets an order to show cause hearing for the same date and time. Plaintiff shall show cause why they should not be sanctioned or this matter dismissed for failing file a request for default or a request for dismissal of Defendants as ordered by this Court on May 4, 2026. The clerk shall serve notice of the order to show cause.

3. CU0001849 Gregory Thrush vs. Jose Antonio Valdovinos Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the Court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record.

4. CU0001885 Paula Onescu, et al. vs. Oakridge Apartments Appearances are required for status regarding dismissal. If the parties wish the Court to retain jurisdiction, they should file a written stipulation under Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or state their agreement regarding the same on the record. Additionally, the Court is inclined to grant the petition for minor’s compromise.

5. CU0001924 Robert Ponce vs. Hunt & Sons, Inc., et al. No appearances are required. On the Court’s motion, the case management conference is continued to November 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6, to permit implementation of the Court’s order made August 14, 2026 as to a class list.

6. CU0002229 Krystal Ukoh, et al. vs. State of California, et al. Appearances are required. Cross-Complainant Robert John Moreno shall show cause why he should not be sanctioned for failing to appear as ordered on July 13, 2026.

7. CU0002270 Carol Gredda v. Community Beyond Violence Appearances are required. Carol Gredda shall show cause why she should not be sanctioned for failing to appear as required on June 15, 2026, and for failing to timely serve the summons and complaint in this matter.
