The following must be submitted: Proof of Timely Mailed Service. At least 15 days before the hearing, the Notice of Hearing and a copy of the petition must be mailed to the relatives named in the petition. The court may not shorten the time for giving notice. (Prob. Code, Sec.Sec. 1822; 1821(b)). No such document was filed regarding maternal grandparents and paternal grandmother. The proposed conservatee is expected to attend the hearing. (Prob. Code, Sec. 1825.)
