Petitioner Alexander Rachel Brezinski-Suarez petitions to change the name of the
following persons: (1) petitioner; (2) petitioner’s spouse, Florencia Marin Brezinski-
Suarez; and (3) their minor child (age 9 months).
To date, there is no proof of service and no proof of publication in the court’s file.
(Code Civ. Proc., § 1277, subds. (a)(2)(A), (a)(4).) There is also no written consent from
Florencia Marin Brezinski-Suarez regarding the proposed name change of the minor child. (Code Civ. Proc., § 1277, subd. (a)(4).)
