Order to file Notice of Related Case
The Court has reviewed the Joint Status Report filed on 8/7/26. In their Joint Status Report, the parties indicate that Defendant's counsel has informed Plaintiff's counsel that there may be an applicable arbitration agreement with a class action waiver. Upon receipt and review of the arbitration agreement, the Parties anticipate further meeting and conferring regarding case management issues, including but not limited to arbitration, class claims, PAGA claims, and private mediation. The Parties' joint request to continue the initial status conference is granted.
By no later than 10/23/26, the parties must file a joint Initial Status Conference Statement in compliance with the Court's Initial Status Conference Order. The Initial Status Conference is continued to 10/30/26 at 8:30 am in Department 9 at the Spring Street Courthouse. Plaintiff is ordered to give formal notice to all parties.

This is a continuing obligation on both Plaintiffs and Defendants while this case is pending.
