ON THE COURT'S OWN MOTION DUE TO LACK OF JUDICIAL COVERAGE, THE COURT WILL HEAR THIS MATTER ON SEPTEMBER 18, 2026, AT 8:30 A.M. IN DEPARTMENT NINE. THERE WILL BE NO HEARING ON AUGUST 14, 2026. SHOULD A PARTY WISH TO REQUEST ORAL ARGUMENT, THE BELOW PROCEDURES REMAIN IN EFFECT. On June 8, 2026, Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Plaintiff"), filed a Notice of Motion and Motion for an Order Deeming the Truth of the Matters Specified in Plaintiff's Request for Admissions as Admitted; Declaration of Edgar B.
Lopez, Esq.; Notice of Lodging of Proposed Order; Proposed Order (the "Motion"). On July 16, 2026, the Court entered an Order to dismiss the action pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement filed on July 14, 2026, rendering Plaintiff’s motion moot. At the hearing on July 24, 2026, Plaintiff requested a continuance. The Court set the hearing for August 14, 2026. TENTATIVE RULING #8: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026, AT 8:30 AM IN DEPARTMENT NINE.
