Father shall be prepared to explain what he is paid in gross per year. 18 Father shall explain whether he is paid $13,666 in gross 12 months per year, or whether he earns a 19 different amount during summer months. 20 Mother shall be prepared to explain whether she is currently seeking a position of paid 21 employment. 22 Mother shall also be prepared to explain who is paying $2,000 per month for her monthly 23 expenses as reported in item 13(s) of her Income and Expense Declaration. 24
25 A. Procedural History 26 1) The parties in this matter are Petitioner CoCo Robinson (Mother) and Respondent Francisco 27 Asmaeil (Father). The parties married on 10/25/2011. The parties agree they separated on 28 7/9/2022, for a marriage of 10 years and 8 months. The parties’ children are Santiago (DOB: 29 6/27/2015, age 10) and Cleomi (DOB: 4/30/2018, age 5). Both parties are self-represented.
1 2) On for hearing is Mother’s Request for Order filed 2/13/2026 seeking guideline child support and 2 temporary spousal support. Mother states that the children spend 82% of their time with Mother 3 and that both children have developmental disabilities that require significant parental 4 involvement. Mother states that she previously worked part-time remotely while managing
5 childcare and household responsibilities, but she was recently laid off and is currently 6 unemployed. 7 3) The Court notes that Mother included a Child Custody and Visitation Attachment to her Request 8 for Order but did not check any of the boxes on the Request for Order form making requests for 9 orders related to custody and visitation. 10 4) On 2/13/2026, Mother filed an Income and Expense Declaration. Mother states that she 11 previously worked as a Community Health Consultant for the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, but 12 was laid off on 3/6/2025. Mother states that Father currently pays her voluntary child and spousal
13 support. 14 5) On 3/16/2026, Father filed a Responsive Declaration stating that he consents to Mother’s request 15 for guideline child support and temporary spousal support. 16 6) On 3/16/2026, Father filed an Income and Expense Declaration. Father states that he has been 17 employed as a general education teacher for Palo Alto Unified School District since August 2014. 18 Father states that the children are in his care 20% of the time. 19 7) Mother did not file a Reply Declaration. 20 B.
