Procedural History 19 1) The parties in this matter are Petitioner Randy C. Almonte Medina (Father) and Respondent 20 Geraldine Dionisia Ayerdis (Mother). The parties married on 8/11/2018. They agree their date of 21 separation is 10/4/2022, for a marriage of 4 years and 1.5 months. The parties have three minor 22 children, Randy (age 6), Rylan (age 4), and Reagan (age 11 months). Both parties are self- 23 represented. 24 2) On 10/14/2025, in related Case No. FCS-24-357088, Judge Pro Tem Harding ordered Father to 25 pay Mother $1,500 per month in stipulated off-guideline child support. The Court noted that 26 guideline child support would amount to $2,509 per month (base child support of $2,141 and 27 childcare $368) payable by Father based upon a 20% timeshare of Randy and Rylan and a 0% 28 timeshare of Reagan, Father’s earning $9,002 per month in gross monthly income, and Mother’s 29 earning $9,501 in gross monthly income.
1 3) On 12/24/2025 Father filed a Request for Order seeking for the Court to modify the 10/14/2025 2 child support order and award him temporary spousal support. Father also asks the Court to 3 reimburse him for school and after-school care expenses paid on Mother’s behalf. Father further 4 asks the Court to award him sole possession of the 2018 Nissan Rogue (Father states he made all 5 of the payments on this vehicle which is titled in both of their names and that Mother refuses to 6 return the vehicle to him), one-half of Mother’s 401(k), and one-half of Mother’s pension. Father 7 further asks the Court to order Mother to pay $2,000 “for legal expenses incurred (in the 8 Dominican Republic) as a result of Respondent’s harassment of Petitioner.” Father additionally 9 made several requests for child custody and visitation orders. 10 4) On 12/24/2025, Father filed an Income and Expense Declaration listing an average monthly 11 income of $7,380. Father listed $922.76 in deductions ($522.76 in health insurance premiums and 12 $400 in necessary job-related expenses) and $350 in travel expenses to see the children. At item 13 11.a. on his Income and Expense Declaration for assets in cash and other deposit accounts, Father 14 wrote “see SAD” (Schedule of Assets and Debts), which is attached to his motion. Father did not 15 submit any paystubs or supporting documentation with his Income and Expense Declaration. 16 5) On 1/13/2026, Mother filed a Responsive Declaration. Mother opposed Father’s request for 17 spousal support and asked the Court to postpone any decision on property or division of assets. 18 Mother also opposed Father’s child custody and visitation requests and made several of her own. 19 6) On 1/13/2026, Mother filed an Income and Expense Declaration listing an average monthly 20 income of $10,950.00 and attached six bi-weekly pay stubs, the most recent having been issued 21 on 1/13/2026. Mother listed $1,733.14 in deductions ($97.84 in union dues, $1,016.30 in 22 retirement payments, and $619.00 in health insurance premiums). Mother also listed $3,300 in 23 liquid assets. Finally, Mother listed $1,008.00 in work-related childcare expenses and $100 in 24 educational expenses for the children. Mother returned to work after being on maternity leave, as 25 of January 2026. 26 7) Mother estimated Father’s monthly income to be $8,973 based on a work schedule of 176 hours 27 per month, an hourly rate of $48, and an extra $525 income from a rental property. 28 8) On 3/19/2026, the matter came for hearing in Department 404 on Father’s 12/24/2025 Request 29 for Order. Subsequently, the hearing child custody and 3 visitation issues proceeded on 3/19/2026 in Department 404. 4 9) After the hearing on 3/19/2026, the Court ordered Father to have parenting time with Randy and 5 Rylan starting 3/21/2026 during the first three weekends of the month from Friday at school 6 pickup to Monday at school drop off. As to Reagan, the Court Ordered Father to have parenting 7 time the first and third weekends of the month as follows: Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm and 8 Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. The matter was set for further review to 6/11/2026 in 9 Department 404. As a result of the parenting time orders entered by Department 404 on 3/19/26, 10 Father has a 27% timeshare with Randy and Ryland and a 3% timeshare with Reagan. 11 10) The Court transferred the child support requests to Department 414 to be heard on Tuesday 12 4/07/2026 and transferred the spousal support and property control requests to Department 414 to 13 be heard on Thursday 4/09/2026. 14 11) On 4/7/2026, both parties and counsel for San Francisco Department of Child Support Services 15 (SF DCSS) appeared. Father disputed Mother’s income, alleging she is underreporting earnings, 16 while Mother asserted that Father receives rental income from property in the Dominican 17 Republic. 18 12) As Father did not provide paystubs and Mother requires additional documentation to determine 19 her income, the Court ordered both parties to serve updated Income and Expense Declarations on 20 each other and SF DCSS. The required documents include three paystubs, 2025 tax returns with 21 all schedules and W2’s or 1099’s received for 2025, documentation of child care and visitation- 22 related travel expenses, and for Father to provide documentation of any interest in or rental 23 income from foreign property. 24 13) The Court notes that on 3/02/2026, Father filed a “Supplemental Request for Order” which is 25 currently set to be heard on 4/23/2026. Father’s Request for Order seeks orders related to custody, 26 visitation, child and spousal support, property control, attorney’s fees and costs, allocation of 27 minor children as tax dependents, and an order compelling full financial disclosure. Father 28 additionally filed a Request for Bifurcation of Martial Status on 3/23/26, which is set to be beard 29 on 5/07/26 in Department 414.

Findings and Order 2 1) Regarding Father’s request for possession of the 2018 Nissan, the parties are ordered to 3 appear. 4 2) The Court reserves temporary spousal support pending the parties providing further financial 5 information. The issue is to be heard with child support on 6/16/2026 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 6 414, with retroactivity to the filing date of Respondent’s motion. 7 3) Father’s request for reimbursement for school and aftercare expenses is denied without prejudice 8 as he has failed to provide an order reflecting allocation of school and aftercare expenses. 9 4) Father’s request that the Court divide Mother’s 401(k) and pension is denied without prejudice. 10 The Court will address property division at trial. 11 5) Father’s request that the Court order Mother to pay $2,000 for legal expenses incurred in the 12 Dominican Republic “as a result of Respondent’s harassment of Petitioner” is denied. The Court 13 does not have jurisdiction to adjudicate this request. 14
