At the last hearing on 7/2/26, the Court appointed John Kurhanewicz as the Guardian ad Litem for the minor children, Alysandra Magana, Kamila Magana, and Brandon Magana. (Prob. Code § 1003.) The GAL was to file a response in support of, or an objection to, the spousal property petition. As of 8/10/26, the report by the GAL has not been filed.
