For an account to be waived by a trustee, a written acceptance of trust must be filed with the court. (Prob. Code, § 10954, subd. (b)(4).)
Subject to the foregoing, a final account will be waived. All fees are waived. The proposed final distribution of the estate to the trustee of the Robert and Marily Shorr Living Trust is consistent with the terms of the will.
