Tentative: Plaintiff David Hortons Motion to Confirm Community Liability of Non-Debtor Spouse is DENIED. Certified copies of the December 10, 2025, and January 14, 2026, orders from the Arizona Court (Maricopa County, State of California on Case Number: CC2025223629 EA) attached as Exhibits A and B to the Supplemental Brief filed by Stephen Stiekema on March 9, 2026, indicate that the Arizona Judgment has been amended to apply only to the business entities, S3 Luxury Housing LLC and Shackelford R&R LLC, and not the listed individuals, including Stephen Stiekema. As it is clear that the Arizona judgment is solely against the entity defendants, Plaintiffs efforts to enforce the judgment in California against Defendant individually and his spouse, appear to be without merit.
On its own motion, the Court finds that it is in the interests of justice to vacate the order signed by this Court on 12/11/25 and directed to Jennifer Stiekema to appear for examination. That order is hereby VACATED.

On its own motion, the Court finds that it is in the interests of justice that the writs of execution issued by the Ventura Superior Court for Los Angeles on 1/8/26 and for Ventura and Sacramento on 1/27/26 be stayed and therefore these writs of execution are STAYED.
Defendants previous ex parte application to vacate the California judgment was denied, without prejudice. Defendant is granted leave to file and serve with sufficient notice, a motion to vacate the California judgment and/or enter another and different judgment.
The Clerk shall give notice.
