2024PRCE034716: IN THE MATTER OF FRANK HENRY HAVLAC JR 08/11/2026 in Department J6 Account and Report
On 4/4/25, the Court ordered the conservator Carolyn Wagner to serve and file a first account and report by 7/6/26 and set it for 8/11/26. As of 8/6/26, the conservator has failed to file the account. (Prob. Code, § 2620.)
The conservatee passed away on 12/16/25. Local Rule 10.03(F) provides that a final account shall be filed within 90 days after the death of a conservatee. The 90 days from death expired on 3/16/26. The conservator has also failed to comply with Local Rule 10.03(F).
The Court will continue the accounting to 9/29/26, at 9:00 a.m., in Dept. J6.
The clerk shall give written notice to the conservator and her attorney of record directing the conservator to serve and file the first and final accounting and to set the accounting for hearing before the court within 30 days of the date of the notice.
Due to the death of the conservatee, the first and final accounting should consist of a part one for the period of 4/4/25 through 12/16/25 and a part two for the period of 12/17/25 through 7/31/26.
Failure to file the accounting within the time specified, or within 45 days of actual receipt of the notice, whichever is later, shall constitute
