5. 26PR0108 IN THE MATTER THE 2021 HANNA WALKER FAMILY TRUST INSTRUCTION HEARING
On April 15, 2026, Petitioner filed a Petition for Instructions and Order of Removal of Trustee. Petitioner requests the Court to instruct Respondent to report to the Court and beneficiaries as to the proper accounting, inventory, appraisal, and distribution of trust assets. Petitioner further requests the Court order the removal of the Trustee for failing to properly administer the trust. A Notice of Hearing was lodged with the Court; however, the Proof of Service was not signed as required. At the hearing on June 8, 2026, Petitioner’s counsel requested a continuance to complete service, which was granted. Nothing further has been filed. TENTATIVE RULING #5: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 8:30 A.M. ON MONDAY, JULY 27, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT NINE.
