The court issues an order to show cause to Mousa Financial Services LLC to show cause why its operative complaint should not be dismissed. Mousa Financial Services, as an entity, may only appear through counsel and is presently unrepresented. The OSC is set for hearing on September 22, 2026, at 9 a.m. in Department 301. Mousa Financial Services may oppose this OSC in a filing by no later than September 8, 2026. Moving party Abdel Hamoda is ordered to serve notice of this Order to Show Cause on Mousa Financial Services and to file a proof of service with the court by August 18, 2026.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion or Discovery Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
