Plaintiff's oversized opposition filed on March 13, 2026 is stricken. Plaintiff's unauthorized sur-reply is stricken. The Court has previously provided Plaintiff an opportunity to file a proper opposition. (See March 4, 2026 minute order).
On March 13, 2026 Plaintiff filed a 25-page opposition, which does not comply with CRC 3.1113. Plaintiff additionally filed an unauthorized sur-reply (Reply to Dismissed Defendant's Reply to Plaintiff's Opposition) on March 23, 2026. March 23, 2026 sur-reply is stricken.
