DEFENDANT MILESTONE FINANCIAL, LLC DBA MERS HOLDING LTD, WILLIAM STUART Motion Under Ccp 473(B) To Be Relieved Of Order Denying Motion To Expunge Lis Penden Based On The Striking Of The Supporting Memorandum For Failure To Comply With Crc 3.1113(F) And To Add Ccp 405.31, 405.32, 405.38 To The Notice And Have The Motion Heard On The Merits is continued to May 4, 2026 for supplemental briefing regarding any authority supporting the specific proposition that a court's denial of a party's request for affirmative relief, which maintains the status quo, may be considered an order or proceeding "taken against" that party.

No later than April 24, 2026, moving party to file and serve a supplemental brief, no more than 5 pages, discussing this specific issue including citations to authority relevant to this specific issue, if any. Moving party to comply with LRSF 2.7B and provide courtesy copies of all moving papers and the supplemental brief no later than April 27, 2026.
