In light of Plaintiff's request for a continuance under Code of Civil Procedure section 437c, subdivision (h), this motion is continued to be heard on May 21, 2026, which is the last possible day this court can hear this motion given the current trial date. Any issues with the trial date are to be raised with Department 206.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
