The Public Administrator seeks to vacate the Court’s order dated June 5, 2026, insofar as it dropped the Petition and ordered the case closed and reinstatement as the Personal Representative. The Public Administrator was previously appointed as Personal Representative on June 30, 2025. A trial was held in which the Court entered a settlement between the parties and dismissed a competing Petition filed by Lori Nixon.

A proposed Order has been lodged and will be executed. The Public Administrator is ordered to serve a copy of the order on all parties entitled to notice.
