No later than August 14, 2026 Mr. Dudum to file a declaration stating (1) the dates and times Mr. Dudum was at 3505 Mt. Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA between November 19, 2025 and January 19, 2026. Any evidence of presence in CA and at the location during this period shall be attached - plane tickets; coffee/lunch receipts/charges in the area with Mr. Dudum's name/card number on a card that is not used by anyone else, etc; (2) whether 3505 Mt. Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA is a space shared with other occupants/business, other than occupants/business related to Mr.
Dudum; (3) if the space is shared, identify who the space is shared with, the name of the business, etc; (4) if the space is not shared with occupants unrelated to Mr. Dudum, identify people (by name, no last name necessary) who were present on January 2, 2026 at the location and state their relationship to Mr. Dudum or any entities related to Mr. Dudum, e.g. entities of which Mr. Dudum is a member, manager, shareholder, etc; (5) specify in detail arrangements made for service of process during Mr.
Dudum's absences from the location from 1/10/2025 to August 9, 2026, e.g. the exact dates of absences; who was to accept service during that time; at what times; on what days they were/are regularly presented in the office, etc; (6) the name and address of the person listed as the Agent for Service of Process with the Secretary of State as of noon on August 9, 2026. =(501/CFH)
