DEFENDANT PARK PLACE FINANCE, LLC DEMURRER to COMPLAINT is SUSTAINED with leave to amend for Plaintiff to allege facts supporting causes of action for breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing and declaratory relief that are not duplicative of the causes of action for breach of contract. Demurrer is otherwise overruled. All amendments shall be in bold font.
