Status of Administration
On November 22, 2024, the court granted the petition for final distribution. At the
last hearing on January 23, 2026, the court granted counsel’s request for another three-
month continuance, as counsel indicated he was experiencing difficulty obtaining
receipts of distribution. To date, there are still no receipts in the court’s file.
TENTATIVE RULING # 3: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 8:30 A.M., FRIDAY,
APRIL 24, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT FOUR.
