CASE NUMBER: 25CV-0207907 Tentative Ruling on Order to Show Cause Re: Sanctions: An Order to Show Cause issued on July 1, 2026 to Plaintiff Justin Baker, in pro per, for failure to appear on June 22, 2026. The June 22, 2026 hearing date was set on May 26, 2026 and notice was provided in the First Amended Order Granting Attorney’s Motion to be Relieved.
