Review of Case Status and Trial Setting
CASE NUMBER: 25CV-0207009 This consolidated matter is on calendar for review regarding status of the case and trial setting. The Court granted summary judgment on the Complaint filed in Case 207009, however, the Complaint that was originally filed on Case 208691 is still active. At the Mandatory Settlement Conference on June 1, 2026, the Court ordered the parties to file status statements at least five days prior to today’s review hearing. No status statements have been filed. The parties are ordered to meet and confer regarding the Complaint originally filed in Case 208691.
