CASE NUMBER: 23CV-0201846 This matter is on calendar for review regarding status of Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding No. 5043. The Court received Notice of coordination and stay on December 6, 2023. In December of 2024, the parties informed this Court via a Joint Case Status Report that the matter is on appeal before the Supreme Court of California. No updated Status Report has been filed. An appearance is necessary on today’s calendar to provide a status of the case. Going forward, a joint status statement filed at least 5 days prior to the review hearing will generally obviate status appearances.
