Tentative Ruling
The Court has read and considered the Joint Case Management Statement filed by the parties and now issues the following tentative ruling:
NO APPEARANCE REQUIRED. The Court sets a further CMC as set forth below. The parties shall file and email to the department a Joint Case Management Statement no later than 15 calendar days prior to the next CMC.
The Court also sets a hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Class Certification for May 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in this department. After the last CMC, the Court ordered the parties to propose a briefing schedule for class certification, which they failed to do. The parties shall propose a briefing schedule in their next Joint Case Management Statement, with the understanding that the reply brief shall be due at least two weeks before the May 2, 2025 hearing.
