Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel
The court GRANTS the unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel for Plaintiff DANG NGUYEN, filed by attorneys BRIAN MICHAEL JACOBSON and WILSHIRE LAW FIRM.
A prior motion to be relieved from the same attorneys was denied without prejudice on 7/10/26, due to procedural defects related to the client’s last known address and notice. (See 7/10/26 Minute Order.)
A new motion was thereafter filed, which sufficiently corrects the procedural defects, including notice. As such, the motion is GRANTED.
The order shall not become effective until the filing of a proof of service showing service of the order on the client.
Moving attorney to give notice and file a proof of service within 14 days.
