Proof of service filed July 15, 2026, indicates that documents were only e-filed with the court and not served on defendant. In any event because the parties' contract requires this dispute to be arbitrated, the court has stayed proceedings in its companion order. This court retains only vestigial jurisdiction, and the power to interpret the contracts at issue or to sever their substantive provisions is not among its powers. (See MKJA, Inc. v. 123 Fit Franchising, LLC (2011) 191 Cal.App.4th 643, 659.)
