1. CU0002516 Karen Mingle, et al. vs. James Tessmann Appearances are required. Plaintiff’s counsel shall be prepared to update the Court on the status of the proof of deposit into a blocked account.

2. P11-15182 In the Matter of Jacquelyn Munoz No appearances are required. The Court has received the order from the state of Idaho accepting transfer of this Conservatorship of the person. Pursuant to Probate Code section 2001(g), the Court shall issue a final order of transfer. Conservator shall submit a proposed order for the Court’s consideration. The order to show cause issued to Stacey Salvato is dismissed in the interest of justice.

3. P17-16095 In the Matter of The Matthew Scott Special Needs Trust, et al. No appearances are required. The eighth account and report of trustee and petition for its settlement are granted as prayed. A proposed order has been provided.
