Procedural History 18 1) The parties are Petitioner Ismoiljon Muminov and Respondent Roziya Shaydullaeva.
There are 19 no minor children subject to this proceeding. 20 2) On 1/26/26, Petitioner filed a Petition for Dissolution indicating the parties were married on 21 7/24/24 and separated on 3/6/25 for a marriage of 7 months. 22 3) On 3/6/26, Respondent filed a Response and Request for Dissolution also indicating the parties 23 were married on 7/24/24 and separated on 3/6/25 for a marriage of 7 months. 24 4) On 6/24/26, Petitioner filed a Request for Order Change of Spousal or Partner Support, 25 Community & Quasi-Community Property.
Petitioner requests the court terminate jurisdiction 26 over spousal support and confirm there is no community and quasi-community property to be 27 divided. 28 5) On 6/24/26, Petitioner filed an Income and Expense Declaration asserting $0 in monthly income 29 and $11,511.79 in monthly expenses.
1 6) On 6/24/26, Petitioner filed a Declaration Regarding Service of Declaration of Disclosure and 2 Income and Expense Declaration indicating personal service of preliminary disclosures on 2/6/26 3 and service of final disclosures on 6/24/26 by mail. 4 7) On 7/22/26, Respondent filed a Responsive Declaration in opposition to Petitioner’s Request for 5 Order. Respondent states that there are currently no temporary or permanent spousal support 6 orders in place, but that Respondent is planning to file a Request for Order seeking temporary 7 spousal support.
Respondent alleges that Petitioner’s Income and Expense Declaration is 8 incomplete and claims there is community property to be divided. 9 8) On 7/30/26, Respondent filed an Income and Expense Declaration asserting $2,571 in monthly 10 income and $3,699 in monthly expenses. 11 9) On 7/31/26, Respondent filed a Request for Order for Spousal Support, which is set for hearing 12 on 9/17/26. 13 B. Findings and Order 14 1) The Court finds the requests contained in Petitioner’s Request for Order Change of Spousal or 15 Partner Support, Community & Quasi-Community Property filed 6/24/26 are not ripe for 16 adjudication for the following reasons: 17 a.

There is no spousal support order in place to modify; and 18 b. It is premature to terminate jurisdiction over spousal support and confirm there is no 19 community and quasi-community property to be divided at this time. 20 2) As such, Petitioner’s Request for Order Change of Spousal or Partner Support, Community & 21 Quasi-Community Property filed 6/24/26 is DENIED without prejudice. 22 3) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 23
