(5) attach a copy of any filing in advance of the hearing on the MSJ highlighting the portions seeking a continuance to obtain further discovery, i.e. a certified copy of the deposition transcript if none exist state "none." (6) the date expert Sims was retained; (7) the date expert Sims provided his findings; (8) a copy of the declaration that Plaintiff's counsel was planning to attach but inadvertently did not attach to the opposition; if none exist state "none."
