For a waiver of account by a trustee, a written acceptance of trust must be filed with the court. (Prob. Code, § 10954, subd. (b)(4).)
Subject to the foregoing, a final account will be waived. Approve $9,850 in statutory fees to Petitioners counsel. Petitioners waive their fees.
The proposed final distribution of the estate to Petitioners as trustees of the Holly Trust dated 8/16/99 is consistent with the terms of the will.
